Most small businesses have been sold AI. Very few have been handed something that works on Monday.

AI that answers while you work, keeps running without you, and leaves your data where it is. For small businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. Fixed price, fixed scope, and everything on this page is already built and live.

Everything below, I built and shipped myself.

Not a portfolio of client logos. My own product, running in public, that you can open right now.

Real screens from a released build on the App Store. Subscriptions, in-app purchase, device attestation, background processing, four languages.

Backend
A production server that has been running unattended for months.AWS behind Cloudflare, nginx and uvicorn, verified sending domain, live APIs.
Automation
A video production line with nobody in it.One specification file goes in. Images, motion, score, voiceover, subtitles and the finished film come out. A few dollars per piece.
Data
A warehouse that gives the same answer on every platform. One schema across four sources. Reach, retention, traffic, engagement.
Discipline
A content pipeline that refuses to publish.Collect, cluster, score, verify, draft. Every step written to disk. If it cannot find an authoritative source, it stops.

Your data does not have to leave your building to be useful.

This is the architecture of the product above. The private data stays on the device. The server is a thin attested path used only for drafting, and location never reaches it. The same shape works for a business that cannot let customer records go anywhere.

System architecture: local-first, thin attested server path

This is what the automation looks like.

Under a minute. Every frame, the voice and the score were produced end to end by the pipeline described above. Nobody touched a timeline.

Where this usually starts

You are answering the same question forty times a week.

Hours, quotes, availability, where is my order. It arrives by phone, by email and by message, and it always lands on the same person.

The enquiries that come in after six are gone by morning.

Whoever answers first gets the job. Most of the time that is not you.

You bought a tool and nothing changed.

The licences are on the invoice. Nobody connected it to how the work actually moves.

Someone asked how you handle customer data.

An insurer, a larger client, a form. There is no answer written down.

Your staff are already pasting things into a chatbot.

You would rather give them a sanctioned way to do it than find out the hard way.

How I would run it for a business like yours

This is a worked example, not a client I am naming. It is written so you can see the shape, the sequence and the price before you talk to me.

Where an enquiry goes once this is running Eight weeks and what exists at the end of each one
Business
A trades or service business in the GTA, four to forty people, one office manager holding the enquiries together.
Before
Enquiries arrive on three channels. Quotes are written in the evening. Nothing is measured.
Week 1 to 2
I sit with what you actually have.Your inbox, your phone log, your booking sheet. I come back with what is worth automating, what is not, and what it will cost. Written down.
Week 3 to 6
I build the smallest thing that removes the most repetition.Usually enquiry capture and reply, a quote draft from your own past quotes, and a place where everything lands so nothing is lost after six.
Week 7 to 8
It runs while you watch it.You get a one page runbook, the numbers it produced, and a plain answer to how customer data is handled.
Measured by
Enquiries answered within the hour. Quotes out the same day. Hours the office manager got back.

Prices

Fixed before we start. No hourly meter, no scope drift invoices, no vendor commissions.

AssessmentYou are here if you keep being told you should use AI and have no idea where it would actually help.
You get a written read-out of the two or three things in your business worth automating, what each would cost and save, and what I would leave alone. If you go ahead, the fee comes off the next invoice.

Enquiries and quotesYou are here if enquiries arrive by phone, email and message, and the ones that land after six are gone by morning.
You get every enquiry in one place, an instant reply so nobody is left waiting, a draft quote built from your own past quotes, and a weekly note showing what came in and what got answered.
4 to 6 weeks
CAD 6,000 – 12,000
An assistant for your teamYou are here if the same questions keep coming back and the answers live in one person's head or a folder nobody opens.
You get an assistant that answers from your own documents and shows you which document it used, a written list of what it must never answer, and a way for you to correct it without calling me.
6 to 8 weeks
CAD 9,000 – 18,000
Kept runningYou are here if it is live and you do not want to be the person who finds out it broke.
You get monitoring, fixes, and a monthly note in plain language: what it handled, what it got wrong, and what I changed.

How I work, and what I will not do

  • Fixed price agreed before anything starts.
  • I build on what you already pay for before proposing anything new.
  • Every engagement ends with a runbook, so you are not tied to me.
  • I take no commissions from any vendor.
  • If I do not think it is worth doing, I say so on the call.
  • No slide decks with nothing running at the end of them.
  • No project that needs you to change how your whole business works first.
  • No tool you cannot walk away from. The runbook is yours.
  • No touching your customer relationships. I build the plumbing, you keep the customers.
  • No work I do not think will pay for itself. I will tell you on the call.

Twenty minutes is enough to find out whether it fits.

No pitch. I will ask what is happening, tell you whether I can help, and say so plainly if I cannot.
